Azul plays well, the best deck depends on the meta you play in whether its locals or online tourneys even regional tournaments, the deck varies in performance whether the meta is more likely to face lugia at a tournament or something like that, so choosing a deck what you think is best for you is essential for success ig

If the Drago player is unsuspecting it can catch it out with Great Tusk too. Lugia can be a bit sketchy but it has an insane matchup against much of the Meta that isn't Charizard ex. Having said that, sometimes the deck just doesn't work.

@ajackson sometimes it doesn't work, but it has gotten more consistent with the inclusion of secret box and Artazon. Some ppl use Artazon like me, and it's a very nice consistency boost as well. Never been a fan of 3 pokestop. It's not needed and we don't discard much with it. Usually like 2-3 times at most. I use 2 pokestop and 2 Artazon in my build. Been thinking about teching in a munki for certain matchups. Not sure how I feel about it entirely.

The deck sometimes just doesnt get to play at all and thats its main issue for me.

I think the decks kind of like C-pao Where nobody will respect it until someone does good with it. like happened with Dialga also

I haven't thought about the deck in a bit tbh. The deck honestly seems unfavoured into Garde and zard at the very least as well. I know Garde might seem weird, but with the munkidori, you can fight the iron hands with garde, kill one with drifloon and be chilling. Only thing you have to worry about is turn 1 iron hands and having a bad start against that.

@@JazzKing-Smith That is Pokemon right? On the other hand Lugia is free, strong against control, and very good matchup against Gardevoir. But yeah lost box is indeed a problem, but every deck has to have another deck that is very bad

@@buffkirbo598 yeah I was hesitant about that too but it’s not as bad as you might think. You just play it as a zard deck at first and slowly build the pult up for most matches unless pult has a better match up against your opponents deck then you prioritize pult instead

Deck is broken, but heavily relies on festival grounds being in play.

I was hoping to see Dipplin too. So far, my experience has been that Festival Dipplin struggles against Gardevoir, Lost Zone Box and Lugia. Gholdengo is especially difficult given the damage resistance. Also had a bad time with Snorlax Stall given the limited energy present in the deck (although I think if you set up fast enough, you can win, but that's true for most of the match-ups). I've fought exactly one Blissey and that went pretty poorly. I feel like Festival Dipplin is a D at worst and a C at best :/ Or maybe I just suck at playing. YMMV.

@@kaegemaru I play festival mad crazy and for gardevoir if you go first and set up T2 and they dont have a flutter mane in play you pretty much win or get a huge lead. If you go second then you gotta hope for the best because the main thing that screws up that matchup is flutter mane and the munkidori occasionally or you could maybe cologne the mane if you play that instead of rillaboom. LZ box (and dragapult ex) you just gotta set up rabsca as fast as possible and hope they dont boss it if you go second. same thing with the gardevoir matchup if you go first. For lugia you just have to tech in enhanced hammer if you want a chance at winning that matchup and hope to keep up the prize trade with the cinccinos and iron hands. gholdengo you just hope for the best cuz that resistance makes the matchup from almost auto win to extremely unfavored

But in the other side of the coin Dipplin complete destroy charizard ex and ancient box decks, its so easy matchup
